How to show gratitude in your life

Make a list of ways you’ve impressed yourself lately.
Treat yourself to something you enjoy, like a pedicure or a massage.
If someone compliments you, thank them and let them know you’re proud of that skill, talent, or accomplishment.
Compliment yourself—say it while looking in the mirror, write it in a journal, or jot it on a sticky note and put it on your refrigerator.
Give yourself time to enjoy a passion you’re sometimes too busy to fit in.
Take an inventory of all the good things you’ve done for other people and the world.
Write yourself a love letter. Seriously, start with “Dear Lori” (but insert your own name) and describe all the things you admire about yourself.
Let go of any conditions you have for being kind to yourself—meaning you appreciate even if you didn’t accomplish or do anything specific.
Schedule a date with yourself—an afternoon or evening that’s all about you.
Share the beauty that is you with the people around you, knowing they’re fortunate to have you in their lives.

The answer is that they had a lot of perseverance and they never gave up in their lives. They allways tried to find a solution in the problem that they had.

Here, I will talk about some famous people that you may know that were perseverant in their lives and succee

He was a pure genius in the terms of mathematics, physics, astronomy, calculus, etc! When he was in school at his early age times, he never did well in the classes. He had bad grades. Then his family sended him to work in their farm. He and his family failed miserably, they become poor and he was sent to his  uncle where he was sent to Cambridge and begun to study!

Winston Churchill
He failed some years in school when he was little. Then, when he grew up, he started to study politics until one time he prepared to be elected. He didn't got elected for a long time until when he was in his 62 years old that got elected as a prime minister of Great Britain. He won a Novel prize and got elected twice!
