Zest is important in our daily life because this maintain us happy and the people around us will keep also happy, but they will see us with a strange face because they are not used to be that active like the people that react with zest. You can identify easily a person practicing this because they show you some special characteristics which are: Actively participate in activities, Shows enthusiasm, Approach to new situations with excitement and a lot of energy
